I write about power, bias, and democracy — with claws.
Because injustice doesn’t collapse on its own. Someone has to pull the thread.
Who I Am
After thirty years in marketing and advertising, I turned from strategist to saboteur. I’d seen how bias, corruption, and greed sell themselves — and sometimes even helped pitch them. Now I use my words to drag those forces into the daylight and dismantle them with fact, wit, and bite.
What I Do
I publish three to four times a week on Medium, blending analysis, storytelling, and the occasional snarl. I tackle business, politics, and society from the perspective of someone who’s been inside the machine — and now prefers breaking it.
My Side Hustle (a Cat Problem)
On Substack (Let the Cat Out of the Bag), I moonlight as the reluctant ghostwriter for Campbell, a gray tuxedo cat in a red bow tie who insists on being called Supreme Commander of a global clowder of streetwise cats. He claims they’re plotting to save humies from themselves. I just take dictation. Hey, it’s a living.
What's Next
If you’ve read this far, you’re probably my kind of reader: curious, skeptical, allergic to BS, and unwilling to hand the world over to grifters.
➡️ Follow me here on Medium for weekly dispatches. ➡️ Join Campbell’s Clowder on Substack for behind-the-scenes claws and commentary. ➡️ And if you believe democracy doesn’t work unless it works for all of us — welcome to the fight.
